In compliance with the new GDPR regulations which come into effect on the 25th May 2018, Andina Ingham would like to show how it is taking all necessary measures for the protection of its data systems, customers and individuals’ personal data.

Information that falls under GDPR legislation is “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person”.

At Andina Ingham personal information is securely stored on a database, only accessible for authorised personnel nominated by the Managing Director.  Andina Ingham has in place safety measures to protect electronic data: a firewall to protect from hacking and external access, password protected computer profiles and an active anti-virus system.

Due to the company’s size and the low risk information held, Andina Ingham does not have a dedicated Data Protection Officer. Therefore, any enquires regarding GDPR compliance should be sent in writing to the Managing Director.

The company upholds that every individual has the right to know what information is held on them. Personal data can be accessed and inspected by the concerned individual with prior written request from the Managing
Director.

Andina Ingham will remove an individual’s information from its systems and comply with any other request covered by an individual’s rights as identified by the GDPR within 30 days, subject to a written request to the Managing Director.

Andina Ingham will provide personal information to third party clients only after requesting and obtaining written consent from the concerned individual, and appropriate records will be kept.

Andina Ingham considers the data held as low risk as it does not represent a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals.

In the unlikely event that we discover a data breach, Andina Ingham will take the necessary steps to notify relevant customers and individuals in a timely fashion. An investigation and route cause analysis will be carried out and corrective actions will be put in place to avoid reoccurrence.

Andina Ingham takes the security of its systems, holding customer business data and limited individual data seriously. All systems in place have been designed with data security in mind.
