Through our partnership with NISCO we have extended our portfolio of natural, functional ingredients to include a range of texturised/extruded pea ingredients – all based from European yellow pea. The range includes textured pea proteins, functional pea flour and pea starch. They are particularly suited to plant-based product development but can also be used more broadly to improve existing food products or help in new product development.
