J. Ingham Foods Ltd. Now Andina Ingham

Dear Ingham Customer,

When the Managing Directors of J. Ingham Foods Ltd. and Andina Ingredients Ltd. – already close, personal friends – realised that they we working in the same building at St Julians Country Club, servicing the same sector – food manufacturing – and with the shared values of superior service, integrity and trust, talk naturally turned to how they could work more closely together to their mutual benefit and the benefit of their customers.  After many months of increasingly formal discussions, Andina Ingham was formed in July 2017.

We would like to introduce you to Andina Ingredients:

Established in 2005, Andina is dedicated to sourcing and supplying specialty, natural ingredients to mainly the food manufacturing sector.  They are the Texture Experts – specialists at improving customers’ end-product texture through offering an extensive range of products (hydrocolloids, thickeners, gelling agents, stabilisers and tailor made functional systems) and providing in-depth technical knowledge and expertise.

In addition to texturants – their partnerships with key sector leaders allows them to offer innovative and highly specialised ingredients across a wide range of sectors notably confectionery and dairy.

What does this mean for Ingham’s current customers?

If you are currently an Ingham customer – there will be no change to any aspect of your existing relationship.  You may notice some small, administrative changes – we now answer the phone as “Andina Ingham”, our mailing address has changed from Unit  8a, St Julians to Unit 6, St Julians and from JULY 9thyour contact’s email address will change slightly – please see below for details. Apart from that – it’s business as usual!

What are the benefits to you as an existing Ingham customer?

You will still have full access to our extensive range of highest quality fruits, vegetables and pulses in the format that suits you.  In addition, we can now supply you with a range of texturants, cultures and confectionery ingredients.  Moreover, you can now benefit from access to our experienced, on-site technical staff who are available to work with you through your NPD challenges.
