Candied Fruits for Confectionery

We supply a wide range of candied fruits (from sour cherries to orange peel slices and gooseberries) under our own “SunVale” brand.  Produced with the optimum sugar content, the candied fruits maintain their firmness, colour and shape for a long time.  They are bake and freeze stable.  The degree of dryness, acidity and sugar content can be adjusted to meet the needs of individual clients.

Our candied fruits are widely used by the confectionery sector, particularly for coating with yoghurt and chocolate, and by manufacturers of premium desserts and baked goods.

They are made from 105g-240g fruit per 100g finished product and have a minimum sugar content of 65%.

There are no artificial colours present and the shelf life is 12 months
