Andina Ingham was formed in July 2017 – the logical union of two well-established, family owned businesses (Andina Ingredients Ltd and J. Ingham Foods Ltd) servicing the same sector – food manufacturing – and with the shared values of superior service, integrity and trust.
Established in 2005, Andina is dedicated to sourcing and supplying high quality, specialty, natural ingredients. We are the Texture Experts – specialists at improving our customers’ end-product texture through offering an extensive range of products (hydrocolloids, thickeners, gelling agents, stabilisers and tailor made functional systems) and providing in-depth technical knowledge and expertise. In addition to texturants – our partnerships with key sector leaders allows us to offer innovative and highly specialised ingredients across a wide range of sectors notably confectionery and dairy.
For over 40 years now, J. Ingham Foods Ltd has been importing and distributing selected quality foods and foods ingredients from across the globe to the UK wholesale, catering and manufacturing trade. We are known throughout the industry for our reliability, excellent service and personalised approach built on strong relationships with our customers. Our products are carefully sourced and selected worldwide from reliable BRC/fully accredited producers, packers and growers. We offer full traceability and supply strictly to our customers’ specifications.

Our office and test kitchen are located on the premises of St Julians Club, Sevenoaks, situated in the heart of the picturesque Weald of Kent and easily accessible from London. We benefit from having bar/ restaurant and conference facilities
