We supply a range of xanthan gums (Chinese and European).  Xanthan gum is a very versatile hydrocolloid created when sugar is fermented by the Xanthomonas campestris bacteria.  It dissolves quickly in hot or cold water to form highly viscous and stable solutions.  Its versatility means that it suitable for use across a broad range of industries.
