Textured Pea Protein

Our range of texturised pea proteins includes four products in either chunk or granulate format. Chunk is designated by “C” and granulate by “G”.

The chunks can be modified to suit customised requirements and the granules are ready-to-use with a faster hydrating time.

There are two levels of proteins within the range:

• The TPI 60s have a protein content of 57%
• The TPI 68s have a protein content of 65%

The products have a neutral flavour and are low in calories, carbohydrates and fat.
