Tomato powder is a hugely versatile ingredient for food manufacturers. It can be used as a spice, seasoning or garnish. It can also form the base for tomato pastes and sauces.

Tomato powder provides a hit of pure tomato flavour and brings a deep red colour. It does this without increasing the liquid content of the recipe.
