Acacia Gum/Gum Arabic

Our acacia gum is a purified, homogenised and quick-dissolving gum arabic powder, available in standardised or tailored qualities. The grades we offer are easy to disperse, dose and store. We hold two grades of spray or roller dried qualities – a standard food grade; Quick Gum 8048 (based on Acacia Seyal) and a premium quality; Quick Gum 8074 (based on Acacia Sengal) suitable for beverages, flavour emulsions and pharmaceutical applications.

We work with our exclusive partner Norevo, currently ranked as one of the world’s leading producers of this natural hydrocolloid.

Norevo has a long history as a supplier of gum acacia having been involved in the sourcing, trade and processing of the product for more than 100 years.

Their unique process of drying the cleaned and solved gum acacia in a drum dryer is carried out in their very modern production facilities in Mohnsen, Germany.
