Our Pea Concentrate is a minimally processed and cost-effective textured protein. It is concentrated from pea flour through air fractionation, a process?which does not require any chemicals, solvents or water and uses little energy compared to others. Our Pea Concentrate is sourced from our exclusive partner Nisco.

The pea concentrate (TP55) is sustainably sourced, grown in proximity to Niscos Danish processing site. Its granular structure makes an excellent replacement in ground meat, kofta, meat balls and burgers.
