Puree Concentrates

Our puree concentrates are made by partially extracting water from a single strength puree. The result is a more concentrated and thicker product with typically a more intense flavour and colour than a single strength puree.

The reduced format of the puree concentrate brings the practical benefits of there being less product to be packaged, transported and stored.

At a time of intense consumer scrutiny of food ingredients labels, using a puree concentrate can give food and beverage manufacturers the opportunity to replace e-numbers with natural, consumer friendly ingredients.
