Increased Efficiency, Reduced Downtime, More Consistent & Improved Quality Product, Less Wastage

Back in 2016 we were contacted by a leading cheese manufacturer who was experiencing problems with product consistency and quality resulting in long periods of down time and high levels of spoilage.

We were confident that with our technical know-how in the dairy sector together with our access to highly differentiated and specialised starter cultures from our Italian supplier, Sacco, we would be able to help.

After some time spent working together at our customer’s production site we were able to control the production process to give consistent end product without having to make major changes to their process parameters.

We continue to work closely with this customer as their business grows and moves into new and exciting areas.
