Frozen/IQF Blackberries

We procure our blackberries from a fully accredited Polish supplier, renowned in Europe for premium food-grade raw materials.

These deep purple berries are harvested at the point of peak ripeness and quickly individually frozen on site to lock in maximum flavour and nutrition and preserve texture. Our frozen blackberries are Class 1, boasting extra quality, and perfect for enhancing bakery and dessert creations.

Blackberries are a natural source of vitamins and minerals including vitamins C and K and manganese. They are also high in fibre and antioxidants.

They add a rich colour and distinctive sweet/tangy flavour to a wide range of food products.
