Much of what we do at Andina Ingham centres around helping our customers achieve the optimal texture in their food product development.

We supply an extensive range of natural gums and stabilisers and a selection of dairy and vegetable proteins. We also provide in-depth technical advice and expertise from our own team here in the UK and through our partnerships with leading EU sector specialists.

A particular area of expertise for Andina Ingham is in improving the texture and mouthfeel of plant-based food products. In this we work in partnership with Planteneers, an international leader in the development of texturising and stabilising systems for plant-based alternatives. Planteneers evolved from a unit within Hydrosol GmbH in September 2020. We have a long standing relationship with Hydrosol GmbH as their exclusive agent for the UK and Ireland. Through this relationship, we can offer our customers specific stabilising systems that give optimum results in terms of product quality, economy and process control.

Drawing on both Planteneers’ and Hydrosols’ range of latest generation stabilising and texturising systems, Andina Ingham’s technical experts work closely with our customers to find quick and cost effective solutions to their texture problems.
