A particular area of expertise for Andina Ingham is in improving the texture and mouthfeel of plant-based food products. In this we work in partnership with Planteneers, an international leader in the development of texturising and stabilising systems for plant-based alternatives. Planteneers evolved from a unit within Hydrosol GmbH in September 2020. We have a long standing relationship with Hydrosol GmbH as their exclusive agent for the UK and Ireland. Through this relationship, we can offer our customers specific stabilising systems that give optimum results in terms of product quality, economy and process control.
